Performances by the trumpeter and his band are an unmissable part of Central Europe’s music scene: with tens of thousands of fans flocking to hear them wherever in Europe they play, their free and joyous music combining different styles is never boring! Their Budapest New Year’s concert is no exception, promising carefree music mixing Balkan and European traditions. Hungary remains their favourite country: it is here where they have played the most concerts, including some of their most beautiful ones, and where their appearances generate the most excitement. The Serbian musician has been considered his country's finest trumpeter for about the past four decades, and the music magazine Songlines ranked him top in the world.
