Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Müpa Budapest audience only encountered him by means of a streamed concert in 2021, but they will get to hear the still-only 34-year-old Polish countertenor – and breakdancer – live in March 2026, and witness why he has been achieving great success for over a decade now. As its discography shows, his partner, Il Pomo d’Oro, reserves a special place in its repertoire for Handel’s operas. The international early music ensemble founded in 2012 will perform one of these works: for the performance of Giulio Cesare, Orliński, singing the title role, will be joined on stage by internationally renowned singers such as Sabine Devieilhe, Yuri Mynenko, Beth Taylor, Sophie Rennert, Alex Rosen, Marco Saccardin, and Rémy Bres-Feuillet.
