Nosferatu returns to walk among us: the renaissance of vampire stories on screen and stage is no coincidence, as they still encapsulate our deepest fears, desires, and questions about mortality.

Egy letűnt világ határán, ahol a múlt és a jelen összefonódik, a Cseresznyéskert táncszínházi előadás a változás fájdalmát és szépségét idézi meg. A Feledi Project új bemutatója Anton Pavlovics Csehov ikonikus drámájának motívumait kortárs mozdulatnyelven és élő jazz-zenével, a Sárik Péter Trió különleges hangzásvilágával értelmezi újra. A nosztalgia, az elengedés és az újrakezdés dilemmái nem szavakkal, hanem mozdulatokon, testemlékezeten és zenei improvizációkon keresztül szólalnak meg.

A zene és a mozdulat egymást erősítve vezetik végig a nézőt az élet nagy kérdésein, az örök körforgás szépségein és fájdalmain.

We get an insight into the ritual-filled life of barbarian settlement trying to seek out a living on the ruins of a civilisation and fighting for survival, fighting with their fears, trying to live through all things fate brings on to them.

A Testbe zárt ima táncszínházi produkció az egykori táncművész, Horváth Renátó tragikus hirtelenséggel bekövetkezett bénulásának történetét és az ezzel járó periódusait dolgozza fel.

My Country is a cycle of six symphonic poems by the renowned Czech composer Bedřich Smetana, rooted in his love for his homeland. It is a celebration of the beauties of Czech nature, major national legends, and in part actual historical events as well.

This production of the FrenÁk Company features adynamic team, the members of a new generation. The young, creative dancers draw on the energies of their colourful cultural and linguistic differences as they bring a new creative approach to FrenÁk’s concept. It is a fusion of the arts, a multimedia work with two contrasting yet complementary parts that reflect on the contradictions of our times.

"One for All! All for One!” – There is no better-known slogan than the greeting of the three musketeers! The romantic adventures of Dumas’s heroes have been admired by millions all over the world for almost two hundred years.

The aim of FrenÁk’s Nostalg_Y is not to reminisce about a specific age group or to make the audience cry, but to engage the audience in an intellectual and emotional game of association, where no one knows exactly who will become what, but where imagination can help everyone create a story that fits their expectations. Through randomly colliding, interconnected fragments, we gain insight into what human relations are hidden in the interactions between different generations: for example, between two young individuals who carry their older selves within them and two older characters who carry the consequences of the decisions made by their younger selves.

From Béla Bartók and Zoltán Kodály through György Martin and Sándor Tímár to Ferenc Novák, the diverse folk art of the Mezőség region has attracted the interest of many collectors. Therefore, Zsolt Juhász, the bandleader and director, must have had plenty of resources to work with when he thought about the show:
“We want to show our feelings, our love for the region and its beauty. A multicultural region with Hungarians, Romanians and Gypsies—that is the coexistence we are trying to showcase.”

Táncszínházi produkció 2 részben

Hinta, hinta, tündérhinta, repül, szárnyal a magasba… Ha az ember hintába ül, rokon lesz a madarakkal, szivárványszín pillangókkal, kitágul a láthatára, a lentet a fent leváltja. Aztán újra ringat a hinta, fel – le – fel -le, ahogy egykor anya karja. Félelmek és szorongások huss eltűnnek, elrepülnek. A tündérhinták táncosokkal nagyon egy húron pendülnek.
