Ifj. Johann Strauss egyik legnépszerűbb műve, A cigánybáró a Jókai200 emlékév keretében kerül színpadra a Budapesti Operettszínházban. A darab 1885-ben, a Theater an der Wienben aratott először sikert, amikor a zeneszerző Ignaz Schnitzer librettójára komponálta meg nagyszabású operettjét Jókai Mór Szaffi című elbeszélése nyomán.
A Szentpétervári Balett Társulat valamint a Bolsoj Színház művészeivel autentikus előadásban indul országos turnéra Csajkovszkij Diótörője. A zenei élményről a Kodály Filharmónia Debrecen gondoskodik Somogyi-Tóth Dániel karmester irányításával.
